This is an ad from the 1950s. 德仔除了 Jubilate 和 Gavotte 兩款出名細中型機外,其實還有很多機款如: Allegro, Andante, Bolero, Caprice, Concertino, Concerto, Dacapo, Dominante, Fortissimo, Hymnus, Largo, Operette, Opus, Rhythmus, Rondo, Salzburg, Sonata, Vienna. 而德仔最高檔膽收音機系列, 是 Opus 和 Concertino. 兩者制作認真,高貴而典雅,音效清麗醇厚又耐聽.

德仔 Concertino 系列五十年代舊款不太多. 出名而好聲的有:

Simple cleaning of Telefunken Opus 7

I am not an electronics experts. Previously, there are some hum sounds coming from the Telefunken Opus 7. I have used some contact cleaner to give the vintage some cleaning.

Antenna for Telefunken Opus 7

Even though the reception for my Telefunken Opus 7 is good, I have decided to enhance it by adding a longer antenna. The external antenna is easy to install as it has two y clips that need to be squeezed into the antenna sockets. The result is quite prominent and it only costs HK$60 from SamSuiPo streets vendor. Thinking of making a simple stand for the antenna..

膽收音機通常是分大,中,細型.古董細機也可能很貴.
細機是由 11" 至 14"
中型機由 15" 至 22"
大型機由 24" 至 28"

其實玩膽收音機和玩膽 HI FI 一樣, 樂趣無窮,如有銀彈又可時時轉膽聽. 每款機或牌子聲底都不同. 新手可由細或中型機開始玩,嘗試比較膽收音機與原子粒或Tuner 的人聲,音樂分別.當然如有大地方擺放或Boss又同意, 大型機會動態好D,音色及音場也好D.

I used to be very active with regards to playing around with vintage amplifiers and speakers etc. It was much fun as the changing of vintage amplifiers, pre-amplifiers , speakers etc have made each sound unique. With the constant need to move countries (working from one countries to another : From Singapore to Vietnam to Cambodia to Taiwan to Singapore to Hong Kong to Thailand to Hong Kong to Singapore and now back Hong Kong) plus the need to move apartments in HKG has made carrying all these amplifiers a nightmares.

Ever since my move back to Hong Kong 6 months ago, I have reviewed what I need for hifi listening and I have sold away my Pioneer SLH3 (Tad 300) speakers as well as the tube amplifier. I have finally settled down for a large Telefunken Opus 7 tube radio for my daily listening. 

The last few nights have been a very exciting one with he Opus 7. One great thing about listening to the radio is the listening to an "unknown" content. You will never guess what songs will the DJ be playing.

以前的人用來收聽電台，現在除了聽電台，加上外接線就可以接上CD唱盤、黑膠唱盤或iPod收聽音樂，聲音非常圓潤自然，接近在現場聽到的原音。
